Using TaskWell

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

TaskWell's medication tracking feature is a personal organizational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, is not a substitute for professional medical guidance, and TaskWell is not responsible for missed doses, reminder failures, or any health outcome related to your use of the app. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding your medications and health.

Your Content

You own the tasks, notes, and other content you create in TaskWell. We only access it as needed to provide the syncing and reminder features of the Service.

Fees

Certain features of TaskWell may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment as described within the app at the time of purchase. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before you're charged.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.
